With the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) (EU) 2023/988 going into effect at the end of 2024, many publishers and printers were left asking questions about how to comply with the new directive. The BMI Manufacturing and Standards Committee met to discuss how to best help BMI members navigate this regulation. We have created the GPSR Toolkit, which is available free to BMI members, to aid in your conversations with publishers and to help them in their compliance efforts. The Toolkit consists of a user guide, a sample risk assessment template, and sample letters of conformity.
