Attendance at the BMI Annual Conference is open to BMI members and special invited guests only. No partial registration will be accepted.

Who will be there?
All BMI Members are invited to attend. See the attendee list as of 11/4/22.
What is the dress code?
For all conference events, the dress code is business casual. The Monday night reception and awards gala is business dress (black tie optional).
How do I make my hotel reservations?
The Hotel Block is now closed. You'll need to contact the hotel directly or make other arrangements.
How do I download the Conference App?
We are using the Whova app for our Fall Annual Conference app. If you attended a prior BMI event, then you might already have it on your phone.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel by Friday, September 30th and receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. Cancel between October 1 and 17 and receive a refund less a $250 processing fee. No refunds issued after close of business October 17, 2022. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to mbaehr@bmibook.com . Any refunds will be processed after the meeting.
